A comprehensive leadership development series provides participants with foundational learning opportunities to help them become stronger leaders and achieve business results. This modularized 8-month program helps participants dive deeper into the expectations of a leader and provides them with tools to better manage,  motivate, delegate, coach, and communicate.

Leadership for Success participants will engage in:

Highly interactive and experiential workshops, working with their real-life situations and challenges.

Lead by certified coaches, use the power of the group to explore solutions and share success stories.

Micro-learning topics that encourage continued learning and participation.
